replace image with ftp

Hello, I am really stuck and would appreciate help! A client came to me with this webflow themed site, there is a tab section on the home page that I cannot locate in the backend through any means. I looked in widgetkit, theme options, plugins, pages, posts every single option in the backend. I need to change out the watermarked image on home page of girl swimming, which I did with ftp, but even when I clear cache the old image still shows up. This is not a genesis template, how I wish it was! Any ideas on how to locate controls for tabbed area or how to force image to reload?

I downloaded the entire theme and ran a search for the shortcode and just came up with dummy-data.xml. If I could figure out how to get media library to update the image I overwrote with ftp all would be fine. Anyone know the answer to that?
