    Hi there,

    You can do it most simply with the Genesis Simple Edits plugin. Here's a quick tutorial with more info: http://t.co/JCz7s1JmFt

    Cheers,

    Go to the functions.php page and remove all of this code

    $output = sprintf( '<p>%s%s</p>', __( 'Powered by ', 'sixteen-nine' ), __( 'Genesis', 'sixteen-nine' ) );
    return $output;

    Simple edits doesn't work on this theme in wp 3.9.1

    Strange,

    I just removed the code from functions.php and its still there. Hmmm I see it was a caching issue of some kind. It'll come off eventually. All is well.

    Much thanks folks..
