testing a brand new install of Genesis 2.0 running the brand new insall of the accompanying demo theme Genesis Sample.

How do I remove post and page titles from showing?

Works for me using this code which is different to what you're using:
```
remove_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_do_post_title' );
```
