    Hi,

    Re - http://madshed.com/

    A simple question I think but.....

    Can someone tell me how to remove the black background behind the menu when you select and hover. Then how to chenge the text color when you hover and select.

    I just want plain text menu that the text changes when hover and selected.

    Many thanks,

    Gordon

    Look for this section in style.css

    -------------------------
    .menu-primary li a:active,
    .menu-primary li a:hover,
    .menu-primary .current_page_item a,
    .menu-primary .current-cat a,
    .menu-primary .current-menu-item a,
    .menu-secondary li a:active,
    .menu-secondary li a:hover,
    .menu-secondary .current_page_item a,
    .menu-secondary .current-cat a,
    .menu-secondary .current-menu-item a,
    #header .menu li a:active,
    #header .menu li a:hover,
    #header .menu .current_page_item a,
    #header .menu .current-cat a,
    #header .menu .current-menu-item a {
    -moz-border-radius: 5px;
    -moz-box-shadow: 0 1px 0 #333;
    -webkit-border-radius: 5px;
    -webkit-box-shadow: 0 1px 0 #333;
    background-color: #000;
    border-radius: 5px;
    box-shadow: 0 1px 0 #333;
    color: #fff;
    }
    ---------------------------------------

    In above code remove "background-color: #000;"

    If you want different colors, then use different code in place of #000 like you can use #dddddd or #eeeeee
