    Can anyone tell me what part of my style.css I have to adjust to reduce the space between the blue border of my theme and the first heading on each page..

    Page is http://www.thetraininglady.com and you can see on the homepage there is a large white area between the secondary nav bar and my first heading and then also if you go into http://www.thetraininglady.com/microsoft-outlook/ there is a really large gap between the breadcrumb and first heading and I've gone through the style.css and cannot work out what I adjust.

    I'm using the Focus Pro child theme.

    There are 80px of padding between the breadcrumbs and entry title. 20px bottom of breadcrumbs and 60px top of site inner:

    Breadcrumbs has 20px of padding top/bottom (CSS line 720)

    .breadcrumb {
    background: #fff url(images/lines.png);
    background-size: 6px 6px;
    color: #617984;
    font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
    font-size: 12px;
    font-weight: 700;
    padding: 20px 60px;
    }

    Site inner has 60px padding on top (CSS line 479)

    .site-inner {
    background: #fff url(images/lines.png);
    background-size: 6px 6px;
    clear: both;
    margin-bottom: 5px;
    padding: 60px 60px 20px;
    }
