Recommendation for good Lightbox plugin?

I want to create a lightbox to appear for users to subscribe to my mailing list however the ones I've found don't look very good or seem a bit invasive to the user.
I've seen a few sites now that have a really nice small lightbox appear in the bottom right corner of their sites, it's not invasive, doesn't dim the rest of the page and just looks neat & tidy and that is what I'm after. I can't recall which sites had it now as it was prior to me thinking I would use the same kind of thing.

I want something that will also disappear again after say 10-15 seconds if the user ignores it, I don't want it to be annoying and cause users to leave my blog.
