I am considering using StudioPress for my agency standard.

My main concern are the posts I see on here regarding conflicting schema issues with Yoast and the built in SEO schema.

I have seen 'sort of answers' in various threads but nothing definitive... yes, Yoast works well, here is what you do. Or no it doesn't you need to use the built in SEO functionality. It looks as if the answers are 'oops... here are some kind of work arounds... best of luck'.

We use Yoast Premium on all our sites I want to keep using this plugin.

Is there someone who can discuss the pros/cons... or direct me to others knee deep in StudioPress with this same issue?

I don't want to go down a path that leads to nowhere.
