    I purchased a community theme but the developer's site is not very active. Looks like people have waited up to a month for an answer.

    There was a missing widget and was wondering if anyone knew what this widget is so that perhaps I can download it directly.

    Can anyone identify the plugin or widget that is shown here in my screenshot?

    Could be the links manager which was part of the core and now converted to a plugin. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/link-manager/
