    Hi all...

Am trying to populate two widgets in the right column, so that when a new post is created, it migrates to either the field for "Upcoming Events" or the "L & A Stewardship News" in the right column.

Featured posts plugin will put the new post in both locations if the widget "Featured Posts" is used, regardless of the category of the new post.

Recent posts, of course, reflects the addition of every post, including those aimed at the Upcoming Events location.

Can't figure out what widget to use to have posts migrate to the right location in the right column, and only to one location, not both.

    Genesis theme: Education

    Thank you.

Try the Exclude Previously Displayed Posts? in the Genesis featured posts widget settings.

Oh, my. My wife says I see with "man eyes", meaning that instead of looking carefully, I ask... Guess she's right!

Thanks much. Will see if we can make it work now.
