Problem sharing URL of posts on Facebook

I'm having huge issues sharing URL of pages or posts from my blog on my facebook page.
Previously when I would copy and paste the URL into Facebook to put a status update, it wouldn't link the blog post with an image, however then I'd click out my page and do it again and it would work and link the post title, and an image etc.

Now when I paste any page or post URL into facebook it doesn't link anything, nothing at all.
I have pasted the URL into the debugger at https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ and got the following:

At the bottom of the debugger though it finds the page image, title and description so I don't understand why it's still not working.

The only change has been some plugin updates and my old Bit.ly plugin stopped working so I've deactivated it.
I've installed the Shortn.It plugin and if I use the shortened URL it seems to work but not if i use the normal URL.. Any help please?? My facebook page is at http://www.facebook.com/TheTrainingLady
