My site at http://tcchronicle.com has a weird issue. On Feb 1 all of my posts now appear broken in search engines. If you search any post from Feb 1 on it appears as my homepage and not the title on it.

Example if you search A “NO BOUNDARIES” Agreement Means Better Emergency Service For Citizens - then it comes up as
TC Chronicle - Your Place To Be - News, Events, Businesses

have you updated any plugins just before this happened?

Actually am using the same theme and my posts got some loop error when I updated SEO by Yoast.

I make WordPress websites using Genesis Framework.
