    OK, maybe "post specific sidebar" doesn't explain it well enough.

    Here's what I need:

    All my posts have a 5-digit, unique ID number that's added as a tag. I want my text-widget located at the sidebar to call out these ID numbers. So, as a result, the text at the sidebar will change accordingly in every post.

    Is this possible?

    Anything is possible with custom code however it would take some time to write and test the code.

    I assume you want a point in the right direction as far as which method to use?

    Why do you add it as a tag when it would be much better to add it as a custom field or use the post id.

    Anyways, you can call the tag in the sidebar using code. Maybe this or related function will help https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_the_tags/
