I have my Magazine Pro theme set up with a Featured post and excerpts of earlier posts below it. But for some reason, the excerpt for the 2nd from most recent post doesn't display. There are other post excerpts that do display. But for some reason this post is missing.

Is there any reason why 2 posts published on the same day might exclude one of them from being displayed? That doesn't make sense as a reason. But I can't figure out why it's not working right.

If you look at Recent Posts in the sidebar this post is right there.

UPDATE: I figured out the problem. I think it involved offsetting one post though i'm not sure why that fixed it.
