    Hi,

I have a number of websites where the parent theme (Genesis framework) is not showing me the option to update to latest. The update page shows "Your themes are all up to date.", despite parent theme being previous versions of latest 2.3.1.

Is there a way to get them to enable an update without having to manually FTP the new version into the directory?

    Cheers
    Colinz

    Hi Colinz,

please take a look if the update check is activated under Genesis - Theme Settings - Information - Updates:

If it is active, I recommend opening a ticket with the official Studiopress support at my.studiopress.com/help so they can take a look.
