MemberI had just gotten our site migrated over into Parallax. I started work attempting to refine features relating to social sharing, landing pages, and design issues. I thought everything was fine, but I discovered today that the site had broken . . .the background image does not stretch across the whole screen. moreover, the the accent color is red when it renders -- though I have it set to Parallax pro blue.
I've noticed a couple of plugins seem involve. Socialze rendered the site entirely white when I deactivated it . I reactivate it, turned off the floating feature I had toggled on the day before. I then Saved it and deactivated it. The site was back, but still not rendering perperly I turned it off Genesis Club Lite. That took the site all white again . . .
I welcome suggestions on best to trouble shoot to get back to normal. I was doing lots of little tweaks and trying out different plugins yesterday. I figure I'll turn off plugins one by one to examine the effect. Any other ideas? I know I made some changes to the functions file, but they were working . . .
I have requested a full restore from earlier this morning, though I really didn't do work in Genesis today.
Thank you!

ParticipantLooking at your site today it appears to be all in order: colours, parallax, image widths.
It looks like you have these plugins installed:
- testimonials-solution
- leadin
- jetpack
- simple-social-icons
- genesis-club-pro
- Google Analytics

MemberI was told by support:
"Your server ran out of space, which caused your issue. I delete our own backups in order to clear up space, so your site should be back on-line. Let us know if you need anything else, please. Have a nice weekend :)"
There was no comment on how it could have append in the first place or what has been done to prevent it from happening again.
Later support said: After further investigation I noticed the issue with W3 Total Cache was caused by a misconfiguration on the plugin, which should not happen when you import our recommended W3 Total Cache settings. Can you let me know if those were imported or if they were changed in any way, please?"
FWIW WC Total Cache was configured by the WCTC guys themselves . . .
I thought the reason I migrated from GoDaddy to Synthesis was not to have random issues taking us down. I thought they were support to keep that kind of stuff from happening. I wasted a day dealing with the outage. I'm starting to worry I've jumped from the frying pan into the fire by choosing Synthesis. That coupled with a missing landing page solution -- new members not allowed with Premise -- is making this a gigantic rabbit hole from which I've yet to emerge.
I seriously hope this gets easier soon . . .
Thank you!
