I'm using Foodie theme. The site has 13 pages, yet on the pagination on the blog page, it shows 32 pages. When you get to page 14 a 404 shows up. In Genesis Theme settings, Post Navigation Technique is set to Numeric, Number of Posts To Show is 10, and the WP Reading setting is set to 10 posts as well. I asked about this in the general WP forum, and they said to come over here for Genesis-specific info. I haven't bothered the theme developer about this since it seems to be a general Genesis thing.

I think that's worth noting - it's on the home page. but not on your category or tag archives. For instance /tag/nut-free/ has 7 pages clipping at 10 articles each. (The 10-posts-per settings seem to be working.)
Your home page code seems to be broken, probably by or related to the MailChimp plugin. Take a look at the home-page pagination links, they look like this
autoimmune-paleo.com/page/2/?mcsf_action=main_css&ver=3.8.1
.That
?mcsf_action=main_css&ver=3.8.1
is being injected by or picked up from the MailChimp plugin. See the reviews that mention this specifically and other ongoing problems: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/mailchimp?filter=1Try these few steps to begin sorting things out:
Deactivate the MailChimp Plugin. If the problem goes away, you solved your problem. Try using Genesis Enews Extended anyway. It's easier to use, more reliable, has styling built-in for your theme and is easier to customize with CSS.
If you still have a problem, activate the Sample Genesis theme to eliminate Foodie as the problem source.
If the problem persists, it's Genesis or something done to it. If the problem goes away, it's Foodie or something done to the child theme, probably in home.php.
Choose your next site design from over 350 Genesis themes.

If you have confirmed that it is a Genesis issue (by deactivating the Foodie theme, and activating the Sample theme on your site), and you are still having the issue, you can submit a support ticket to StudioPress (as long as you have the Sample theme on your site when you submit the ticket.)
