    Hello,

I installed Foodie Pro on a clients site last year and I'm now seeing a pagination problem that I just can't get my head around.

The client has 130 blog posts and the pagination on the front page states there are 22 pages of archives (correct). However, the page archive works until page 6, and the after that it gives a page not found.

I'm really stumped as to what might be causing this.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what might be causing it?

    Thanks,
    Steph

Have you checked to make sure your reading settings (Settings>Reading>Blog Pages Show at Most) match up with Genesis theme settings (Genesis>Theme Settings>Blog Page Template>Number of Posts to Show).

    Hi Jodi,

Thank you for your reply. I have just checked both these settings, and changed them both to match but it hasn't solved the problem.

What I'm struggling to understand is the total randomness of this problem. Why would pagination stop after x pages - it now seems to be stopping after 3 pages (so obviously something I've changed while trouble shooting has had some affect - albeit negatively!!)

I'm using the Genesis - Featured Widget Amplified widget and I'm now wondering if that could be causing any problems.

Are you using original Foodie or Foodie Pro? GFWA is not meant to be used with Foodie Pro as we've replaced that plugin with the Foodie Pro Featured Posts widget. What's the url to the site in question? Have you ruled out plugin conflicts?

    Hello,

Please ignore the previous reply. So it seems that changing my reading settings to show 6 blog posts is where I was going wrong (it was set to show 10).

I guess that the sums didn't match up to showing 6 posts per page within the widget setup.

    Sorry! Thanks for your help.
