I have a page that is appearing on the menu bar that I don't want displayed there, how do I keep that page from appearing?

Go to Dashboard > Menus, select the menu you are wanting to remove the page from, click the little drop-down arrow on the menu item, and select "remove".

Wasn't there, I didn't have the page added, I did find where I could add the page no to have it excluded.
