    Hi. I am trying to add a new page. Last time I created a new page I was able to change the page layout settings away from the default, but now no matter what I click it won’t change for this new page. I looked for the code mentioned in a previous thread, but mine does not have the “genesis html5″. It just says “html5″

    I am using the Jane theme

    Any suggestions?

    I have 2 pages with different layouts, but for some reason I can't change the layout settings on any new page.

    Who is your host? I had another client who was on 1and1 this week whose account was hacked and they had this same problem.

    Disable all plugins. I see a Google Analytic script in your code. Remove that also and see if you still have the same issue.

    I'm with just host.

    Jane wasn't the issue as I have the same problem when metro pro is the active theme.

    I disabled all plugins and removed the google analytics, but it is still not working. 🙁

    Okay, I think you should put in a support ticket with Studiopress on this one if it's happening on both themes.

    Solved the problem. The problem is IE 11. I tried in Chrome, and it works (even with all plugins activated)

    Okay great. Did you need to use Compatibility Mode? I know with some themes, you need to click that for the theme to adjust properly.
