Outreach Pro Header – not responsive

I have a large header for our site and it is not responsive, how do I make it responsive? I have tried the Genesis Responsive header plugin but it doesn't work with the latest version.

Try this tutorial "Option 6", steps 1 > 4.

For the 3rd step, use this CSS instead

    width: 100%;

}

.site-title a:hover {
    background: transparent;
    float: left;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
    width: 100%;
}

.site-description {
    display: none;
}

Edit: for "Step 4" use an image of 1140px width
