OptinMonster vs Thrive Leads vs ConvertPlug vs Ninja Popups

Hey, I need an optin plugin to use on my Genesis sites (and Divi sites too). It needs to be reliable, have exit-intent, an "hello-bar", and has to have good, high-converting built-in designs with a solid A/B testing system. Also, it has to have a fast, clean coding (like Genesis!) so it doesn't encumber and make my site slower.

From the online research I've done, OptinMonster, ThriveLeads, ConvertPlug and Ninja Popups all took my attention. (Bloom too, but it has no exit-intent unfortunately). I'm a bit hesitant to throw in $199 per year for OptinMonster when the alternatives costs just twenty something dollars (ConvertPlug or Ninja Popups) or $97 (ThriveLeads) total. Anyone has any experience with any of them and can suggest anything?
