I use Daily Dish Pro, which is listed as one the themes that is compatible with Design Palette Pro. I have noticed, though, that only certain changes I make actually take effect. For example, Design Palette Pro shows that the site description is set to "Helvetica" and "UPPERCASE," yet the site is still displaying in the native "Alice" and "Normal" format. I have cleared my browser cache, tried different browsers on different devices, and even cleared my cache in WP Engine. That said, Chrome has almost never had issues showing changes immediately, so I'm not sure what's happening. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

It looks like you sorted out the issue. The site description is uppercase and the font-family Lucida Grande.

Chrome is sometimes caching website ridiculously aggressive.
You can check if in Developers Tools - Settings - General - Disable Cache (while DevTools is open) is selected.

If your problem is solved, please mark this topic as resolved, so it can be closed.
