On category page only show subcategories

Hi,

I have a question:
On a category page, normally all posts of the category AND subcategories are listed.
But i want this:
On a category page show a link to all subcategories (without their posts) and show only the posts asigned to THIS category - not the posts from all subcategories.
Example:
main-category --> 3 posts asigned
sub1-category --> 2 posts
sub2-category --> 4 posts
sub3-category --> 7 posts

On the main-category I want to show it like this:
[link to sub1-category]
[link to sub2-category]
[link to sub3-category]
[link to post no. 1 of main-category]
[link to post no. 2 of main-category]
[link to post no. 3 of main-category]

On the sub-categories I want the same (if there are children-categories of the sub-category).
So on each category display the link to the child-categories and the posts asigned to only THIS category.
How can this be done ?
