I've read some posts about people having problems after upgrading to Genesis 1.9.1.

I just noticed that a site I created for a customer needs to be updated to WordPress 3.5.1 and Genesis 1.9.1.

Is it safe to do both of these updates?

If so...which one should I do first...the WP3.5.1 or the Genesis 1.9.1? Or does it not matter?

The theme I'm using is the Fabric theme...nothing fancy...very stock (unaltered) web site.

    Thanks for any help.

P.S. Yes, I have good backups of the entire site.

Yes, it's safe. If you have problems, post back and someone will try to help you out.

It's a coin toss as to which one to do first, but you could start with the WP upgrade, then upgrade Genesis.

Thanks for the info @Bill Murray. I'll give it a shot.
