This isn't new to 3.5 but on the front end of my site (Appstorechronicle.com) I do not have an admin bar, and from tests it appears to not have me logged in. Unlike other users missing the admin bar, I have the proper code in the header and footer. I can tell I'm logged out because I do not have access to previews, the front end login button never changes to logout and when I lock plugins to no one but admin, the plugin does not appear. I'm not sure what's causing this, and I have reinstalled WordPress Several times as well as disabling all plugins. Nothing seems to work. Please help.

Can you disable all of the plugins and then write back so I can take a look. It's hard to research if they are turned on. So when you disabled all of the plugins - were you still having the problem?
