Hello, I'm hoping somebody here might be able to offer some advice. 🙂

I've been using Ninja Forms on my site (Infinity Pro theme). Today I notice that my display options are no longer showing up on my Contact page.

When I manipulate the page content in the WP editor, the preview continues to show the correct formatting. This is also the case with the customizer. When I "inspect" the page code, it indicates the correct measurements (1020px full-width, 990 inner/form container).

However, on the live site, the contact form shows about 1/2-width, and the labels are on the left, rather than above the fields, making the form look a bit jumbled. I've observed this across multiple computers and browsers, as well as on mobile.

Here is an image that shows how the form looks in the preview and customizer (correct), and how it currently looks on the live site (incorrect): https://ibb.co/eAcoEa

I've spent hours trying to figure this out, and I thought maybe a fresh set of eyes might help. (You know how sometimes the answer is right there in front of you? haha!)

    Thanks for any help!

    Patricia 🙂

note: According to the NF boards, this is something I need to address in my theme. ??? Not sure if that's the case, and I will continue to look into it on the plugin side as well.

Do you mind deactivating W3 Total Cache plugin until this issue is solved?

    Hello Sridhar,

    I have deactivated W3TC.

Unfortunately, the issue still exists, but it sounds like this may be step one in the process. 🙂

    Thank you!

Yes. Deactivating such plugins helps troubleshoot the problem.

I still see the child theme and parent theme's style.css as minified.

Can you "unminify" these? Perhaps you are using some other plugin that's doing this?

You are absolutely right, it was a minification issue with my plugins - Fast Velocity Minification + Ninja Forms!

I'll try and play around with some of the FVM settings to see if I can resolve the issue, but if not, I'll figure out alternatives to one or both plugins.

Thank you so much for the advice!!

    🙂 Patricia
