    Does anyone else use the Ninja Affiliate plugin? The controls seem to be missing from the Editor tools after the WordPress 3.9 update.

    I'm using the Eleven40-Pro child theme.

    Any ideas?

    There have been lots of changes to the WP editor in recent updates and many plugin developers have not caught up with them yet. You will likely have better luck seeking help for your issue on the developer's support forums.
