    I was wondering if someone could tell me what the tag is for showing the category name a post is from.

     

    In the widget I am using tags like: [post_date] and they work fine

    I had a guess at [post_category] but that did not work.. what tag should I me using?

    ah OK so I have this working with [post_categories] but it also pulls in some default lead text.. "filed under: "

     

    Can I change or remove that?
