    Since I cannot find the link to the old forums, I need to find out how to manually upgrade a theme, especially News Theme. I think that may be the problem with no sliders work anymore. They display, but do not slide. Instead they switch slides when the page is reloaded.
    I have made many css changes to this theme and don't want to lose them all in an upgrade.

    Any help??

    What I would suggest is setting up a dummy WP site with the new News theme and then copy over your CSS and do a match up that way. Then once you have it down pat - then install the NEW theme with your customizations back into the client area.
