I would like to add code before & after the body content, but I prefer not to use plugin as too many plugin conflict each other.

I am trying to place Google Adsense code, and my test site is here http://ciimnuai.com/test

But if I just simply enter text on those hook, it appear at the bottom of the post as http://prntscr.com/41tdt2 or http://ciimnuai.com/test/threaded-comments/

Any suggestion how to place Adsense before and after every post?

You can use a custom function with hooks or the simple hooks plugin.

I would create 2 new widgets for this with the is_single() conditional tag.
