    @pareshking. Site looks good. In the bottom footer you point the "Sitemap" to an actual xml sitemap. I would change that and point it to your archives page. The archives page just acts as a user friendly sitemap anyway for site visitors. The actual sitemap you linked to is a google xml sitemap... you don't need to send site visitors there, the xml sitemap is what Google uses. Other than that nice work.
