    Our client needed three things:

    1) Real estate listings (that are not connected to the MLS)

    2) A clean, modern design

    3) Responsive design

The largest hurdle was obviously the responsive design, as Agentpress is not yet responsive.  So what we did was take the Minimum theme, which is responsive, not to mention wider than Agentpress (1140px), and did some pretty heavy customization on it (including a custom home page template).   We then installed the Agentpress Listings plugin and with a little CSS work made it responsive.  You may also notice we've heavily customized the output of the Listing plugin to meet the clients needs.

The end result is a really nice, easy to navigate, responsive Agentpress listings website.

Please let me know if you see any errors or have any suggestions for improvement.

Very nice, I am currently using both themes and facing similar issues.

My only complaint would be menu on iPhone 3, takes up a lot of space, maybe a rollover to expand?

    Well done

That's really nice and love the colors you selected. I've been trying to figure out how to get widgets to overlay the main image and still can't figure it out. You did a wonderful job.

Nictech, you're right I should probably at least put two menu items per line.  I thought about the expandable menus you see on some sites but it was more difficult to implement and there was limited time available for this project. I think I read somewhere that Genesis is supposed to have a built-in improved mobile menu system in the near future as well.

Anitac, in this instance, I have an outer div tag that has the big image set as a background. And then the widgets are located in nested divs within that outer div.   The quicksearch is floated right and the slogan is absolutely positioned.

Look good, the only thing that I see that needs improvement is the "WHY CHOOSE HELLER USA?" area. It just does not seem like it is styled, looks like text just thrown in there, while the rest of your site is very nicely laid out on a grid. Fix that and your site will be perfect.
