I want to allow comments without people having to register, but can't make it work:

    http://siegeofbexar.org

On all pages except the home page, there is a place for comments, but a login is required and I want to remove that requirement.

The site uses the Enterprise Pro theme with the following plugins:
    Akismet
    Easy FancyBox
    iThemes Security
    List category posts
    Login-Logout
    Meta Slider
    Ninja Forms
    Share Buttons by Add
    Simple Sitemap
    WP Approve User
    WP Fastest Cache

(I have tried disabling both Login-Logout and WP Approve User with same results.)

On Settings > Discussion, the following are checked:

    Discussion Settings
    ............................
    Default article settings:
    ............................
Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article
Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks) on new articles
Allow people to post comments on new articles

    ............................
    Other comment settings:
    ............................
Comment author must fill out name and email
    Enable threaded (nested) comments

    ............................
    Email me whenever:
    ............................
    Anyone posts a comment
A comment is held for moderation

    ............................
    Before a comment appears:
    ............................
    Comment must be manually approved
Comment author must have a previously approved comment
