Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks!
July 13, 2013 at 5:52 am #50532bluesteelesolutionsMemberWow - I Just spent a good 20 minutes on your site, love the purpose and the content. My son has some development delays and we often feel like you did - a bit lost and unsure of his future.
The design I really like - just a few comments on that.
- The style of bold text bugs me a little - with the top and bottom borders I feel like you're disguising links and that reminded me of some shady affiliate sites. Just leave it as bold, take off the borders and background color. It will be easier to read and look more natural.
- The breadcrumb text could use a higher line height
- You use the block quote quite a bit and I feel like it is too light. I had trouble reading some of the longer text in that style. Darken it up just a tad.
- Menu text, especially in drop downs, is pretty small.
Great job over all though!

I think I got the bold stuff taken care of...
July 15, 2013 at 6:13 pm #50882bluesteelesolutionsMemberOk here we go
Breadcrumbs: add line-height:125%; to the styling
Blockquotes set the color as follows (or whatever color you like)
blockquote::before, blockquote p, input, select, textarea, .post-info, .post-info a, .post-meta, .post-meta a {
color: #333;}

Blue Steele SolutionsJuly 15, 2013 at 7:57 pm #50902rick4himMemberThanks so much for your help. Where do I add this?
Normally I add things at the end of my style sheet and they have selectors, id's, or classes on them
Would you mind please pasting the exact css that I need? Thanks so much for your help, I really appreciate it.
July 17, 2013 at 9:37 pm #51263bluesteelesolutionsMemberOk so you can add the breadcrumb styling to line 820 and the blockquote can just go at the bottom of your stylesheet just like it is above.
If you aren't sure how to add the code to the breadcrumb class just add this to the bottom of your stylesheet
.breadcrumb {line-height:125%;}email me if you need any further help [email protected]

Blue Steele SolutionsAugust 11, 2013 at 12:17 pm #55651rick4himMemberJust wanted to say thank you for your suggestion, I put both of them into action on my site....how do you like it?
Any other suggestions you can think of? I think one biggy is my social sharers. I don't think they look very good. I need to do something with those guys. 🙂
Thanks so much for your help!
