    I have several customized, industry specific website themes and would like to know the simplest, most affordable way to display these themes as if it were a gallery like the StudioPress "Shop for themes" page. Some are Adobe Muse/.html themes and some are WordPress child themes.

    Would I need to do a separate WP install in a folder and upload the theme; set it up as if it were a normal WP site?

    What kind of hosting resources will I need for about 5 WP themes and 10 html themes?

    Depending on your hosting service (such as BlueHost where they let you easily set up subdomains), it would seem that you could set up a separate subdomain for each of your demo sites...and then you would have something like (depending on your theme names) crazytheme.cubicle10.com and businesstheme.cubicle10.com and newcartheme.cubicle10.com etc. with each subdomain (folder) having a separate WordPress install.

    I've never actually done this, but I'm reasonably sure it should work, and shouldn't require anything to special in regard to hosting resources.
