Looking for a plugin to help me!

Trying to figure a way display a "research library" section of the site, with 100+ journal articles. They consist mainly of titles and a link to the journals. Need to categorize them and tag them so people can search them in multiple ways. Probably 30 featured one will have "layperson" summaries of what they say and the findings. Each also needs an image. It's sort of like a business directory I guess.

I am a non-techie, can't code to save my life. Will hire somebody to modify something if I need to tweak it a bit. (So please be gentle)

This is the extremely boring way it's listed now; not searchable:

Oral immunotherapy for peanut allergy in clinical practice is ready. Allergy Asthma Proc. 2013 May-Jun;34(3):205-9

Sublingual immunotherapy for peanut allergy: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled multicenter trial. Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology DOI: 10.1016/j.jaci.2012.11.011 (2013)

Oral food desensitization in children with IgE-mediated hen's egg allergy: a new protocol with raw hen's egg. Pediatr Allergy Immunol. 2013 Feb;24(1):75-83. doi: 10.1111/j.1399-3038.2012.01341.x. Epub 2012 Aug 13.

Milk oral immunotherapy is effective in school-aged children. Acta Paediatr. 2013 Feb;102(2):172-6. doi: 10.1111/j.1651-2227.2012.02815.x. Epub 2012 Sep 7.

    Thanks so much!
