I'm needing some help on a clients site that I am working on. My client is selling some downloadable documents using PayPal. He has set it up so that the purchase takes place via PayPal and then redirects the customer to the download page on his website. His issue is, when they are redirected to that page they can copy that url and then share it with anyone they want. How can he make this download page secure so that it will only work for the customer without the ability to be shared or accessed by others?

    Thanks for the help!

He should probably try something like Easy Digital Downloads that will give customers an encrypted/temporary download link instead of just Paypal purchase buttons.

    Thanks Andrea!

I have passed this onto my client. Looks like it will do exactly what he is wanting.
