So after being away for and extended period of time I need to rebuild my business. With that comes a business model due to changes in the regulations of financial institutions. So I need to build a new website and I can't figure out where to start. My site is currently running Enterprise theme and looks dated. I have almost zero budget and even less technological skills so I am hoping I can get some advice :).
Here is my old site, I just put it back up and haven't even taken the time to redo the pictures http://www.roiautosolutions.com Here is a landing page for the site http://ww4.roiautosolutions.com/new-car-direct-mail/. I own Premise but not savy enough to use it.
So the themes I like are:

http://my.studiopress.com/themes/minimum/
http://www.studiopress.com/releases/epik-theme.htm
http://my.studiopress.com/themes/optimal/
http://demo.appfinite.com/legacy/
I love Epic but fear the amount of content needed for the front page alone.
So here are some sites I like
My target customer is a CXO, Owner, General Manger, or General Sales Manager of a franchised car dealership. Think Ford Kia and the like.
Thanks in advance for the help.
Mark
I don't think you can go wrong with any of those themes; however, I only have experience with the minimum theme. I can highly recommend it.
The trend is for minimalist, responsive, mobile friendly sites and the Minimum theme fits the bill.

Thanks for the help I downloaded Minimum we will see how much trouble I get into.
