Working with eleven40 theme for the following website http://adbakerhomes.zanderroth.com. I am having issues with the fancy dropdown menu. I am able to see it working on the "Plans" page, but no where else on the site. Would love to figure out why and how to fix it. Driving me crazy! and yes I have created a menu, made sure fancy dropdown is selected in the theme options.

In addition, i have noticed that this has occurred across all of my wordpress sites, not just the ones from Genesis. I am able to see the dropdown menus working correctly on my page http://zanderroth.com. Futhermore it shows up correctly on http://abdbakerhomes.com/plans/ but if i navigate off of the page to another one, then the dropdown menu doesn't appear. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
