    Hi, I'm currently using the generate theme. I have a landing page without a nav bar, but I'm looking to make my homepage a static landing page but WITH a nav bar. I've looked around and cant seem to find a solution. Anyway one have any ideas?

    Best,

    Alan

    Hi Alan,

    I suggest setting up the primary or secondary nav bar, you'll need to turn it on under Genesis Settings and then assign a menu to it under Appearance > Menus.

    Once you've done this you can add the following code to your landing page template file to remove the nav bar:

    remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_nav' );
    remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_subnav' );
