HI I built out a webpage using an IDX page and it won't rank, But is has more content than most of the competitors and it has been up longer than some , although I made changes to it recently last few weeks by adding meta tags. I noticed other site with barely any content ranks higher than mine. My key word is Village East Condos http://adamdocktor.com/idx/listings/village-east-condos/

Any suggestions. ? I've even seen craigslist posts that rank better than mine.

What do you suggest. All the SEO toast light are green, 750+ word article, pics etc.

This is not an SEO forum but I'll tell you what I've learned over the years:

Meta Title should be specific: Village East Condos in Ft. Lauderdale for Sale
Biggest words on the page should reflect the same key words in the title. This biggest word doesn't need to be h1, it could be any tag. Biggest is relative to the rest of the readable text.
Search for variations on the key words with Google's key word planner https://adwords.google.com/KeywordPlanner
Vary the key words in your wording, use Fort Lauderdale and Ft. Lauderdale. For sale, to buy, own a condo in such and such town.
Make sure your content is your own, if you post to Craig's list, don't use the same words, that's duplicate content. I see that you did post to Craig's list using verbatim copy that is on the site, don't do that.
Create a Facebook page and post stuff to it, get everyone you know in the area to like the page.
Take pictures and tweet them with hash tags that are being used (do hash tag searches to see what is going on).
Write content frequently about the subject and post it to your site and twitter.
Check how many inbound links to your site from sites with decent ranking.

There's many tips. Most you can find in books or just following Google's suggestions.

Submit an xml site map to Google's webmaster tools.
