    Hello,

I'm helping my wife make some changes to her blog, http://justagirlandherblog.com

When I migrated the site to Synthesis Hosting from Media Temple it was reccomended that I stop using the "Just another related post" plugin and start using "Related Posts by Zemanta." I followed the advice but now her adsense ad is after the Related Posts. I would like it before.

Right now I have the adsense code in the Tentblogger Simple Adsense plugin. This was from the days when we used the now dead Standard Theme. I want to move away from using this plugin.

Now I'm thinking I could using the Genesis Simple Hooks Plugin to accomplish this. How would that work? Or should I instead try to add a widget area and just use text widgets with the code.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Donnie

I thought I maybe found an easier way... genesis_after_content hook using the genesis simple hook plugin. I simply pasted the code in the box but it doesn't seem to display the ad. Should I check the "execute shortcodes" or "execute php."

Maybe this is not even the intended purpose for these hooks. I'm not sure..

I may try adding the widgets box by editing the functions.php like in the article mentioned above. Now would I edit the genesis functions.php file or the child theme functions.php file. My wife uses the "delightful" theme (3rd Party).

    Thanks again for the help!
