More tag not working on home page

    I don't know why but the more tag <!--more--> works everywhere but on the home page. I've tried disabling all plugins etc. It seems like it worked before I updated genesis. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    At Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archives, ensure that post content is set to be displayed.

    It is currently set to display. The more tag still doesn't work. Any other ideas? It works on any page but the homepage.
