ParticipantI just installed the Minimum Pro theme and it appears to be missing the Columns Page and Portfolio Page templates. Where can I find these?

ParticipantYes, I did that. I found the Columns page and the portfolio page is working fine. But I don't actually see a portfolio page in the Pages section of the WP Dashboard. Could it be that the Portfolio is nothing more than modified blog postings?

MemberYour portfolio page should be at this url - http://www.google.com/portfolio/
Replace google.com with your site domain url.

ParticipantYep, I see the page in the folder, but shouldn't it be under pages in the WP Dashboard?

MemberPortfolio is a custom post type.
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-custom-post-types-in-wordpress/Page is a separate post type, which is why portfolio posts are not included in Admin > Pages

ParticipantIt will add a new menu item name Portfolio.
Re-save your permalinks and add new pages to it which will appear in your archive http://example.com/portfolio

ParticipantThanks everyone. I get what you're saying. The Portfolio page is not actually a traditional page, but instead more of a post type–which now makes sense to me. But here's my problem. In the demo, under the Templates menu, there's a menu link to the Portfolio. http://my.studiopress.com/themes/minimum/#demo-full
How do I add Portfolio to the navigation menu if it doesn't exist as a page under WP's Edit Menus section?
Also, are ALL Studio Press template portfolios implemented in this manner as a custom post versus an actual page?

MemberAdmin > Appearance > Menus
At the top right of this page, there is a white rectangle with "Screen Options". Click its down arrow to open. Look for a tick box with Portfolio. Make sure that box is checked. Now you can add Portfolio posts to your menu.
Admin > Appearance > Menus
In addition to Posts and Pages, you should now see the Portfolios. If you have created any portfolio posts, they will be here.To add the Portfolio archive http://www.google.com/portfolio/ to your menu, select Links. In the URL box, paste http://www.google.com/portfolio/
