I understand where you add the CTA button on the right but I cannot seem to find in the home page setup area for Minimum Pro where to add/edit the "A Responsive HTML5 Theme" section on the left. Thanks.

Never mind. I finally figured out that it was coming from the General Settings > Tagline which I rarely use.
