I’m using the Metro theme with the Genesis Framework and have problems with a Genesis Responsive Slider. I created 5 slide posts and the slider works, however these same post also appear on the home page where the slider is. The second problem is that on the home page I have placed an image, this same image is been pull in on the right side bar slides so now there is
6 slides in the sequence of slides. Thank you for your help.

    Hi,
Those areas below the top post are, as far as I know, supposed to show excerpts of Post text, plus possibly a Featured Image.

So try adding a bunch of text to each slide. And also try deleting the image from a Post and instead making that image the Featured Image of that Post.

Are you just trying to showcase images?

I have had good luck with Easing Slider Lite as recommended on this forum.

It is very easy to set up slides without having to create a post or page. You can still link the images to posts or pages, if you like.
