    Hello,

    I love the theme Metro-Pro but it was created a couple of years ago using the 1140 responsive setup and it has css rules from large to small instead of working from the smallest content first and adding breakpoints where needed. In other words it's a little outdated and now, because of all the new screen resolutions, it has break points in places that don't match up as well as they used to on many mobile devices. I also need the sidebar to jump up beside the content long before it hits full desktop size, it seems to be designed for pre-tablet and pre-landscape devices.

    I was wondering if anyone had already done this to/for the metro-pro theme or would be willing to re-do the media call section of the stylesheet to get it current.

    Cheers.

    edit: No url provided because this isn't a request specific to my site, it's a general question about metro-pro, thanks.

    Hi,
    StudioPress has not updated since 3/2014 but it is HTML5 ready. I have not seen any updates for it elsewhere, but it should not be too hard to rewrite the css to be mobile first with updated breakpoints.

    I'm not sure that I fully grasp the issue because I tested the Metro Pro theme at http://www.responsinator.com and it looks good to me. However, if you did want to modify it so that the sidebar appears earlier then you wouldn't need to do a total responsive redesign to make that happen. You could just alter the media query's max-width to make it happen (as long as you don't make it too small). I found that it worked as low as 955px.

    On line 1862

    changed

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1023px)

    to

    @media only screen and (max-width: 955px)

    Not sure if this helps.
