    Hi everyone!

    Trying to make Metro Pro responsive. I followed these directions with great success - http://keypresswp.com/getting-your-head-around-header-images/ (Thanks, Tom!)

    However - as you can see - http://dancurlin.com - I really don't NEED a full width header - I just want it responsive. So, now I have a lot of blank space to the right and my header widget is bumped down.

    Is there a way I can have the header image be responsive, but still have the header widget?

    Thanks!

    It looks like your header image size is currently set to 1068 wide.

    I don't know how wide you want to keep the header image but tweaking the width should help;

    .header-image .site-title, .header-image .title-area {
    width: 500px;
    }

    Thank you! Not sure how I missed that - I'd tried to change it here instead.

    .header-image .site-title a {
    background-color: none;
    max-width: 350px;
    min-height: 75px;
    padding: 0;
    }

    Actually - that wasn't it exactly - but it made me realize I had two blocks of similar code - I removed one and it worked.

    (BTW - the 1068 was the total container - it did NOT need to be changed)

    Glad you figured it out, and sorry for being somewhat misleading I was messing around in firebug and thought that was all that it needed.
