Installed Genesis Widgetized Footer to be able to add a link to my design website.  Somehow by installing that or something else I did, the standard "go to top" on left and "Genesis Copyright info" on right normally below the footer widgets is now showing up in the last footer widget below the Featured Posts widget.  Deleted the plugin but still in wrong spot.

    Any ideas?

    Much thanks for any help.

    Hi,
You've stumbled on a funny naming convention. There is a footer, and then there are footer widgets. Best of all, the footer widgets are not part of the footer, the footer is actually below the footer widgets! (normally, at least) - in a sense, it's a sub-footer. 🙂

But I digress. Looking at your code, your layout is different from what I'm describing. My best guess without being hands-on:

It looks like somehow your footer got popped into Footer Widget 3. So take a peek in there. To me it looks like the 3rd item in Footer Widget 3 is generating that funny narrow footer. If so, just take it out.

    Dave
