Messy unformatted text output

I have had a problem with this Agentpress site

Villa Ranchos 11

Sometimes the clean HTML formatting of the text gets stripped.

What does that and how can I prevent it?

I am assuming that the home page is being produced by a widget of some sort with content limit?? If this is the case, to add formatting by following this tutorial. For more information, please read Nick's Formating Explanations.
